We accept reimbursement from your benefit plan (“insurance”) and collect only your expected co-pay at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will also file your Secondary Benefit Claims and have any additional monies sent directly to you.
We offer treatment financing, with approved credit, through Care Credit.
We also are happy to assist with treatment using your FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSA (Health Savings Account). We provide receipts detailing your charges and payment on the day of service. Additionally, we can provide a report of all charges for a calendar year if requested.
